Stanley M. Halpin is Chief of the Fort Leavenworth Research Unit of the US Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences. He has a B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in social psychology from Purdue University.
