"The most correct way to call [a counterpart] is [by] last name and title. For example, 'manager.' Generally speaking, 'manager' is 'kachou,' depending on the company. If his last name is Sato and his title is 'kachou,' then the best way to call him is 'Sato kachou.' Last name and title. You can omit [the] last name, even. You can just call him by his title."
