Astana is now the current capital of Kazakhstan. And what happened there, that it was moved there back in [the] '90s from Almaty by our president, by the president of Kazakhstan. And since then it's developed a lot. Last time I was there it was just a city with very minor infrastructure; it was back in '98. And it was just starting, it started developing at that time. But now, if you go there now, it's a pretty modern city. It's as modern as, I would say, New York is. If you get in the center of it, you won't believe that they just built it within the last 10 years. That's what I'm told and that's what I see from the videos of Astana. It's changed dramatically.
