Etiquette in Morocco

Things that I probably would avoid in Morocco, especially outside their tourist areas of Casablanca or Agadir, where a lot of tourists from Europe [are] coming in for holidays, is they find certain things offensive. Shorts and sandals on men, they find offensive. And exposing a lot of skin, a lot of bare arms, they might find offensive. So if you're trying to blend in, we generally are told to wear our collared shirts and long pants and avoid sandals and wear conservative shoes. And just try to blend in that way and try not to attract attention. Try to avoid being alone with womenfolk. They may find that offensive.
