The way dinner worked was it varied depending upon this scenario. If it was at a wedding or some type of event then it was often catered and brought to you, and table side they’d bring your plates. If you are in a more informal setting, it was family style, where they've got the big plate of duck or whatever it is and you just rip off what you want. And in most circumstances I eat with utensils but in a more informal settings, we would eat with the naan, or the bread, and the rice and just pick the meat off and just eat with your hands. So, it varied.
