Yes, everybody knows who Taras Shevchenko is. He was our famous poet, writer, and painter. He, probably he was the person who created modern Ukrainian literature, and Ukrainian language. And if you go to any city, and village, any major city, you will definitely find a street named after Taras Shevchenko. [laughs] It’s like, a lot of monuments. In the Soviet era, it was a lot of monuments to Lenin, [laughing] now it’s monuments to Taras Shevchenko. But he was really, I think he predicted a lot of stuff. His famous book is called ‘Kobzar,’ it’s all his poems, and from these poems you can understand Ukrainian nature. It’s even actual now. It shows the Ukrainian character and also it showed how Russia tried to influence on Ukrainians.
