If they say seven o'clock for an event to begin, you may be there by yourself for several hours. So things start very late, socially. Professionally, I think, it all depends. If it's a real official function, it may start on time.

In general there is a much more relaxed attitude towards timeliness when you're operating down there. So you have to kind of take that into consideration and not get too frustrated 'cause usually when they arrive they're ready to go. But sometimes timeliness is not the most important thing for your day-to-day interactions.
