“The cuisine was kind of similar; I didn’t see a lot of variances. You’d have your meats, you’d have chicken, goat, I don’t really think we had camel. I don’t, just not really sticking out. But it was always on a bed of rice. So you had your selected meat of the dinner on this big bed of rice. Then they would have a whole bunch of different fruits and vegetables and some other [unclear] as part of the dinner. It was normally a pretty good spread, you didn’t go away hungry.”
