Obviously during Ramadan it's very difficult for the Moroccan military to engage in meetings and typically it's seen as considerate to avoid having lengthy, stressful meetings during Ramadan. It's a time when you can certainly feel, for lack of a more appropriate term, there's a certain degree of tension in the air during that time. And so it would be important to plan and schedule around Ramadan.
