The people in the Bahamas mostly make their living off tourism. So even the people [that] don't work directly with it, they are nice to tourists 'cause they know that that's the main income of the Bahamas. So you'll find a lot of nice locals over there.

They like tourists if they actually try to experience the culture. Now if you go over there [and] you stay in a hotel with all the other tourists, and you eat from the hotel like all the other tourists. They're kind of like 'OK, you're just a tourist.' But if you make some friends and let them take you out, you'll have a better time. And they like that, they like when people immerse themselves in the environment over there.
