Family in Trinidad and Tobago

Video Transcript

The religion there is Catholic. So they spend a lot of time with their family. They work their eight hours and that's it. They're not like, go to work from six to two, the next guy two to... No such thing. Culturally, when they get out of school, 'me mother' [and] 'me father' spend time, as they say, with the kids. They get their things together, and then the parents take time for themselves.

In this video, an Air Force Reserve chief master sergeant explains the importance of family in the culture.
