Are you interested in taking our Virtual Culture Awareness Trainers (VCATs)? In order to access them, you need a Joint Knowledge Online, or JKO, account. This document outlines how to get one if you are a CAC-holder.

If you are not a CAC-holder, you can submit an account request to the JKO Help Desk, or you may contact the help desk at by e-mailing them JKOHelpDesk@jten.mil for assistance Monday - Friday, 7am - 11pm EST, or calling 757-203-5654. In order to create a JKO account, you must be sponsored by a CAC-holder.
