Infrastructure-wise, electricity, there [have been] blackouts for decades and they're something they haven't been able to resolve. Certain parts of the year you will have continuous electricity and sometimes then there will be a period where you have blackouts for two or three hours or even more. And that happens throughout sporadic points of the year. It could be due to shortage of fuel or the generators breaking down. Water supply in certain areas is good, in other areas it's pretty bad.
