If you have money, your kids will go to school. If you don't, they don't. And I know there [are] the mulattos, but they're up in the north side in the country. They're not really, you don't really see them in Port au Prince. The people who are considered well-off are the people who can send their kids to school. That's how you can tell the difference in social classes.
