“You should never find, or you should never have a problem finding transportation slash taxi cab in Cape Verde Island. A lot of the workers there depend on becoming taxi drivers, or a lot of the times what they’ll do is, if they have family members outside of Cape Verde Island like here in the United States or in Europe, a lot of times they’ll, if they have loved one they’ll send for a car. And once they’ve received the car they’ll either work for themselves or they will work for the person who sent them the car, and they’ll be a taxi driver. So it’s another great way to make a living out in Cape Verde Island.”
