Celebrate International Education Week 2019

Next week is International Education Week (IEW), a joint initiative by the Department of State and Department of Education. IEW is intended to promote study abroad programs, as well as other initiatives that bring together students from around the world and foster cross-cultural connections.

The State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs has an extensive list of events happening across the country and around the globe. Events range from experiencing a taste of culture through food or music, to study abroad fairs and how to apply for study abroad scholarships.
